With over 20 years of experience, Kelly specialises in both Reformer and Mat Pilates teacher training, combining a clinical background in Sports Therapy with a practical, supportive teaching style.
A former Team GB karate athlete and two-time British Champion, she understands the demands placed on the body at every level, from rehabilitation through to performance. Kelly is known for her clear, detail-focused approach, helping trainees build strong technique, confidence and the skills needed to teach Pilates professionally.

Taylor Benjamin
Taylor is part of our Pilates teacher training in London team, bringing a strong background in movement, performance and teaching. Originally trained at Doreen Bird College and Transitions at Laban, he went on to perform internationally with companies including BalletBoyz and DV8 Physical Theatre.
Over the past six years, Taylor has focused on teaching barre, Reformer and mat Pilates in London, supported by Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in fitness and personal training. His experience gives him a sharp eye for technique, control and movement qualit, key elements within Pilates teacher training.
Taylor’s teaching style is clear, focused and supportive, helping trainees develop confidence, refine their skills and step into teaching Pilates with a strong, practical foundation.

Elodie Frati
— Osteopath · Yoga & Reformer Pilates Instructor
Elodie delivers anatomy education across our Pilates teacher training courses, supporting both Mat and Reformer students. She is a qualified osteopath, as well as a yoga and Reformer Pilates instructor, with a background as a professional contemporary dancer.
Her experience spans clinical practice and working with performers from London's West End and The Lion King, supporting strength, recovery and performance. She also lectures at the University College of Osteopathy and continues postgraduate studies in Sports and Exercise Psychology.
Elodie's teaching makes anatomy accessible and relevant, helping trainees understand how the body moves and how to apply this knowledge confidently within their Pilates teaching.

Originally a professional dancer who travelled the world, she transitioned into yoga and Pilates seeking a more sustainable, body-positive career. Her classes are creative, inclusive, and encouraging, supporting students of all backgrounds and abilities while building strength, flexibility, and confidence.

Krystal Nash

Krystal Nash is co-founder and course creator of our Pilates teacher training in London, helping shape one of the city's most trusted training programmes. Yogahaven Clapham first opened its doors in 2010 and has been serving the South London community in yoga and Pilates since 2016.
With a 20-year background in Herbal Medicine, Yoga and Pilates, Krystal has been instrumental in developing both Mat and Reformer Pilates teacher training. Her focus is on creating courses that are clear, structured, and relevant to today's industry, supporting trainees in building confidence, strong teaching skills, and a solid understanding of movement.
Having taught thousands of students, Krystal's approach reflects years of hands-on experience. She was one of the first UK ambassadors for Lululemon and has featured in many national publications, including The Sunday Times Style Magazine.

Allie Hill

Allie Hill is the founder of Yogahaven and creator of one of London's most respected teacher training programmes since 2007. yogahaven and The Reformer Room Clapham have grown into a leading training space, serving the South London community for decades.
Allie started teaching in 2001 and has guided hundreds of students through training in London. Her approach is straightforward and practical, with a strong focus on anatomy, intelligent sequencing and teaching skills that translate into today's industry.
Alongside running studios and training programmes, Allie has worked with elite athletes, including Premier League clubs such as Aston Villa and Tottenham Hotspur. She was one of the first UK ambassadors for Lululemon and has featured in many national publications.
